- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Wait time is ridiculous. You wait 30 min over your appointment time, only to be quickly seen by someone who seems like they are in a rush and don't throughly explain things to you. Just hand you a paper with a generic explanation of what it is and is on their way. Didn't tell us how long it would take to clear. Not to mention they waiting too long to send the claim out to the insurance company which they then in turn try to send us a bill for the whole visit because they failed to submit the claim (their job). Which then I hand to call and clear up on my own time. Will never go back or recommend to anyone.September 30, 2017by Sarah B
