- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This agent and office staff has the worst customer service. They don't take responsibility for inaccuracies on their behalf and mess up policy details on a regular. Infamous for "not their problem." I started my coverage with this agency because of my boss. His vehicles were inaccurately processed and friends he referred had inaccuracies in their policies as well.
