  Not sure they even deserve a star and here's why: 1) I've attempted on numerous occasions to call into the main phone but never get through yet while sitting in the reception area, the 4 folks working at the front desk had time to tell jokes and talk about their personal lives; 2) NO follow up; if you leave a message don't expect a call back; ever 3) not very professional; they don't treat you like a paying customer, more like an inconvenience 4) don't follow through on what they say they are going to do and rarely does one person know what any of the others did, or at least willing to admit it Just today I called at least 25 times to get information on my son only to get the voice message system; should not be called 'urgent care'.

  Can I give 1/2 star? The only thing "normal" was the intake process and they didn't even get my updated information in to the system correct. The P.A. I saw had the bedside manner of a door nob. The following day I called, they still did not have my updated information in their system and was told they would electronically send in a prescription for me and it was never done. Called back on the 3rd day after a miserable night and again they did not have my correct information in their system and no record of a prescription to be sent in. No apologies, no acknowlegement of the mistakes. Will never go back.
