- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Do not go here, they just want to schedule office visits and bill your insurance. I saw the doctors assistant Natalie twice @ $136 a pop per visit. My medications were inadequate and didn't work and they said you can talk to Natalie over the phone and maybe work something out. However I was then called back by Julie and said an office visit was required. Avoid this horrible place, they just want your $$$. I also called for an FAA physical and no one ever returned my call.
